Richard comes from a property background with over 30 years’ investment and asset management experience. He built a successful business selling for many of the UK’s major house builders, building investment portfolios for international clients, which he subsequently sold in 2009. Richard enjoys tennis, golf, cycling and sailing and is a keen musician, having played professionally in a previous life.

Barry Owen

Co-Founder & Development Director

Barry has over 30 years’ Design & Build and Project Management experience working on many successful multi-million pound blue chip projects. His building design knowledge is key to his responsibility for our project management and integrating the technology and infrastructure at our charging hubs. Barry is keen classic car enthusiast and has rebuilt and restored many classic models.

Adam Lewczynski, B.Sc, MRICS

Co-founder, Land & Planning Director

Adam is a Chartered Surveyor by profession with over 30 years industry experience. He has run his own companies and also been Investment Director & Fund Management Director for substantial property related private equity companies. His focus is on the acquisition, planning and leasing of our sites. Adam is a keen golfer and manages a local junior boys rugby team.
